could be allergic to the bedding. and they have dust on them or oils from that. if you are using something like aspen or some kind of wood. never heard of a skin allergy to a snake though. unless maybe if bit and you had a reaction to their saliva.
I suppose anything is possible. But could it be more likely that you're allergic to the bedding you're using in the tank? If not, maybe it's just a coincidence and the rash is from something entirely unrelated to your snake and its tank, etc.
If I were you I'd try cleaning the viv thoroughly (see if that gives you any symptoms, which could also be telling) and replace any substrate with paper towel, and give the snake a "bath" to remove anything residual before returning it to the viv.
its most likely the beddding. thats what it is for me. when i use the bedding i get red rashes on my wrists and hands. no big deal. doesnt even bother me just gets red...
