No, you don't. Your UTH should be enough to keep a warm area.
Pay attention to where your snake likes to be. Mine didn't like to hang out in anything above 85° and stayed out of her warm hide when the area was warmer than that, so I adjusted for that as max.
 
Humidity should be fine with an UTH. The lights tend to kill all humidity in the tank, so you should good.
