My thought is, "Why is a 7.5 ft boa biting?" Seriously. Ask any of us with one, they're almost always so docile and friendly. Someone should tell him that if he stopped flicking his snake on the nose it might stop trying to kill him.
 
Tell him to flick this guy on the nose. ;)

Ive been trained at work to ask it in the form of a question as If you don't know and then let the topic open up for discussion. Then BAM, you tell that person that you think its wrong and why.

No-one likes being told they are wrong so always bring a solution along with your problem.
