well ok this is a serious question and im not gonna like do it or anything but would something like jack daniels help get rid of a throat infection? because i was thinking about it and it seems logical because alcohol kills bacteria and jack daniels is alcohol yummy alcohol but alcohol nonetheless. sorry for being so random but its gonna bother me until i figure it out
 
The JD probably wouldn't stay in contact with the bacteria long enough to kill it, and the infection could possibly be viral in nature anyway.

On the other hand, give it a try!
 
Um, no. But if you have a sore throat and are trying to avoid a doctor, you can gargle with apple cider vinegar and drink pineapple juice. If it gets worse, then you'll need antibiotics.
 
Well now that you skimped on the antiboitics last time, the bug is back with a vengence. It's now a super-soar throat bug that doesn't respond to medicine. Nice goin'.

But yeah, I once accidently ate some raw beef and tried downing a bunch of vodka to kill the bacteria. It was fun. I don't know if it killed the bacteria, but I sure didn't have any worries afterwards.:crazy02:
 
lol well the antibiotics were from last may i just found them in a drawer and the jd is already in my fridge plus alittle bit of vodka upstairs i could down it all by the time i came to my throat wouldnt hurt anymore but then id need to fix my head

ok so my brother told me to try it and to try mouthwash after so it worked a very little bit for alittle bit but now im just sick and drunk with minty fresh breath

Theres some bacardi in there (What? It was on offer. So sue me. :p) as for white tequila there may be a bottle of maduro in there but im not sure how old the photo is exactly... the sideboard looks a little different now.

There are however two bottles of very nice green fairy....!

Sore throats are more often than not caused by a virus. Antibiotics have no effect on viruses, so I wouldn't bother with them unless directed by a doctor, ESPECIALLY as what you're taking were prescribed for something else!

lol i like the sig and tequila is so not for chicks unless your getting a shot glass out from between a certain part of them(new years was amazing) and white rum is generally for old guys and peach schnapps yaaaaahh i cant argue with you on that one thats definately a chick drink but its fun to get drunk off of i finished most of a 26er in like an hour and was still on my feet (kind of i fell and hit my face of my futon arm)
