Hi. Bought my first corn from cornsnakes.net, a nice butter corn. I've been keeping tarantulas for the past year and a half. They've been fun, but I'm not too keen on handling them. Anyway, I have three dogs(american pit mix, boxer pit mix, and a great dane pup), one indoor/outdoor cat, and about twenty tarantulas and a House gecko. Nice to meet all of you.:crazy02::crazy02:

Hi Jim, welcome.
This is a great place for info about your snake, great people.
How much do you actually handle tarantulas?

Hi and welcome to the site! :wavey: I have a few snakes from Don Sodeberg and I am very happy with them. Good Luck!

Very little! Some of them never. They can be pretty potent/painful. I've handled my adult avic Avic a few times. She's very calm except when feeding then she's a monster. My Indian ornamental(regalis) stays under lock and key. He tends to cower in the corner when you open the enclosure like he's afraid, but I know better lol.

That's so cute! I hope you post pics of yours - I'll be interested to see how he develops in comparison to mine. :)
