    Gorgeous Snakes!

I've been out of the loop for a while, but I'm getting back into things now and thought I'd show off my snakes. I need to work on the lighting... I'd prefer to do it in natural light, but it's been pretty cold outside so I don't want to try taking them outside until it warms up. But it was good...

    Collection Sale - ALL SOLD

I'm at a point where I really just can't handle the amount of snakes I have. After losing the ones I had before I felt like I needed to "Get back on the horse" as the saying goes. What I'm using now is a small sour cream container with a hole cut into it for her to...

    First Wild Snake! Bittersweet.

Today I saw my first wild snake up close! Unfortunately it was not the best of circumstances. We were on our way to FedEx in Jonesboro when we came upon a snake in the road, he was flailing about and seemed hurt. Immediately I yelled for my husband to pull over and we jumped out of the car to...

Well, one of my nicest snakes got upset last night. We had to bomb the house and my husband got a little carried away... He grabbed all the snake containers and loaded them into the car! Poor Circe was so freaked out, she was one unhappy snake. We had him bring them all back in, put the adults...

    Bad Publicity for Snakes?

I know that a lot of non-reptile keepers view snakes as nasty, evil, slimy creatures. It's always been in the back of mind, an ugly truth I never really wanted to face. I had just decided to do my best to show how wonderful they really are to those who don't understand them. Possible Spoilers...

This baby hatched tonight and boy was (s)he fiesty! I'm sure after settling in some it'll be fine. It was actually kind of sweet off and on, too. Sorry for the small photos, baby was afraid of the camera so I was keeping further away than usual and they were all pixely and crappy at...
