(formerly NWHeather)
A few years ago, when I started my possible Super/Homo Dom Tessera project, one of the babies hatched with a small opening on his belly.
His egg was looking pretty bad before he hatched (August 3, 2015), and I had my doubts as to if he would make it, especially seeing his belly.
I started off by putting him in a damp deli, and once his belly started to close, I kept him in a more dry deli.
He healed up, and proceeded to thrive!
The first four photos are of Flint when he was a new hatching, the last one is a current photo of him.
