Our corn doesn't seem to want to eat lately. I've tried to feed him twice in the last two weeks with no luck. He'll check out the mouse, but that's about it. Is it normal for a corn to go that long without eating, or could there be a problem? He seems perfectly normal otherwise, in the sense that he'll come out of his hide at night and explore his cage.

Well, answered my own question. Seems like Pete's gotten bored with a frozen/thawed just sitting there waiting for him to eat it. Tonight, after what seemed like his third rejection, I picked up the mouse and waved it around in his feeding dish, and it took him all of 3 seconds to strike at it and start eating. It was awesome! Anyways, now I'm debating whether or not to start feeding him live mice. Not sure how long he'll fall for the "make the mouse look alive" trick.

Hopefully, he'll keep falling for it :)

Congrats on sorting things out yourself - I'm sure rather than bored, he just didn't fancy it the past two attempts, they are funny buggers sometimes. At least you know what to try first if he refuses in future.

I'd stick with the hand-feeding for the moment. Live feeding is always a dodgy prospect as soon as the mice on offer are big enough to have teeth.
