• Hello!

Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.

Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....

Please be certain that the location field is correctly filled out when you register. All registrations that appear to be bogus will be rejected. Which means that if your location field does NOT match the actual location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected.

Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

My corn snake Ruby kills Adult male mouse.

Dakingofqueens I do breed snakes. Gaters right now, corns, BPs, Kings, and herald snakes next year!

I will squish a spider, kill a mouse, and anything else without a second thought. BECAUSE they are just animals, not equal to humans in any way.

There's a lovely quote from a lovely book that I was privileged to read:

Flanker's Tale said:
The weak may be greedy, or spiteful, or cruel, for often they have no choice. But the strong should be kind. They have no excuse not to be.

You're human. That makes you stronger than the nonhumans you share this world with. It is your *responsibility* as a human to be as humane as possible given the circumstances in dealing with any other living thing.

Anyone who says "It's just an animal" shows a fundamental disrespect for the miracle that living things actually are, whether they're parrots, pythons or the President.

Don't get me wrong - I'm no animal-rights nutter; I eat meat, I raise rodents for my snakes... but I also try to ensure that every animal I own has a life and death as free of pain, stress and fear as I can possibly make it. THAT is my responsibility as "the person in charge".

Your first post on this forum was a resurrection of a two week old thread? Interesting. Somehow I doubt that you're 38.

I haven't done a full investigation, and I probably won't anytime soon, but this new member's ip doesn't match any existing user's. Which means nothing...
