Blue Apple Herps

aka Matthew, PhD
I have this 2011 caramel blizzard (or charcoal butter if you prefer) 100% het blood available. I initially thought she might have been a whiteout, but I think I see belly checks now so am selling her as just het blood.

She started slow as a trouble feeder, but has gotten over that and is taking large f/t pinks with gusto! There are only a handful of these in existence - you chance to get in on a cutting edge project.

I'm asking $100 OBRO plus shipping on her. Shipping is an additional $55 via FedEx priority overnight. Please PM me here or email at [email protected]. Thanks!

ok, so question...how do you know she is homo caramel and not het? It's all very interesting to me because I have suspected off spring from last year as well and they are all different as far as their expression of the caramel gene. But with out test breeding I can only suspect them as homo caramel.

Both of his parents were homo caramel.

ok, Thanks Nate :) what were the other genes in the parents??

Parents were sulfur het charcoal x caramel het amel, blood, charcoal, hypo. So both parents were homo caramel so I know she's homo caramel. No idea how the caramel blizzards/whiteouts look, but the caramel pewter I've held back from a few years ago definitely looks "different". I'm very pleased with how she's turning out.
