Would any one care for some Chocolate??

tricksterpup

I has nuttin to Say.
I got this snake last year and he was sold to me as Chocolate Corn. Well, I am sure he has part emory or at least some Miami (i am just not sure) in him but I think he is still very pretty.

But I would still like to post pictures of him. I am enjoying how his greyish silver body is coming in.

So are we thinking this is a cross with a Miami and a Emory? or just Miami? or something else? This guy has me all confused. He was a nice dark brown when I got him and now he is lightening up a lot. I just love the body color, that silver gray.

Well, to me it looks like a root beer (corn x emory) the bright ground color could be due to the corn parent being a Miami, or maybe just being bred back to emory. The emory influence is strong IMO

I am just less familiar with this cross but still learning every day.

Well Tim, out of any one who would know what he is might be you. Since you are our resident Root beer expert ;)

This guy was pretty dark when we first got him so who knows??

Ahhh.. Not the resident rootbeer expert *lol* Not that name.. Arghhh.. I have some rootbeer projects, but I have many, many more corn projects ..Its all good though Bro, I just think the belly pattern is a little to well connected to be a 50/50, but that is my humble opinion..

Regards.. Tim of T and J

Tand J i sooooooooooo love that miami you posted That would be my dream snake i think that or a really nice stirped amel are both on my #1 list.

Is it maybe a Kistachie x Miami?

It certainly does not look like a 50/50 Emory/ Miami. Maybe a 75/25?
Or
Maybe a Miami x Emoryi x Kistachie?

Here is a bad pick of a baby 50/50 Emory, Miami corn. Very pretty, no?
I can't understand why this cross is not done more often. (Or maybe it is, and it's just not sold as such.)
