So, my last 2 purchases finally arrived, and I am so excited because they will be the basis for many upcoming projects involving the sunkissed gene and the dilute gene.

First up is Hadyn, my new 09 sunkissed male from Walter. He was a total hateling the first day, struck us at least 5-6 times as we were unpacking him (and he didn't just strike . . . he held on!). Luckily, 2 days later he seems much calmer, enough that I took him out to see how he did and snap a few photos. I love his head pattern!







Next up is Ianto, an 08 dilute anery mot male from Danny. His colors are so hard to capture on film. He is the most amazing pink along his neck. The first photo comes the closest to his colors. He is very sweet and is very calm to hold. I am so excited to get him. He is so pretty!!!

Congrats! I think you did good for yourself this year :) They are both gorgeous, but of course I especially love the dilute. The sunkissed is also a wonderful example of his morph, sounds like personality wise as well!
 
That Sunkissed is a good looking boy. Walter does sell some fiesty animals!! Glad he's settling down for you.

Glad the Dilute is settling in nicely for you too.

Thanks, everyone. I am pretty excited about these 2. I love the dilute pewters Rob and Louise have been producing . . . I am hoping to try my hand at it at some point. As for the sunkissed, I love all the sunkissed combos that various people have been producing. I figure I will just put him with various females, keep a few to play around with and see what happens ~LOL~

I hope the calmness Hadyn exhibited today is how he is going to be and not a fluke! A baby trying to eat my finger may be cute, but I don't want to have to put on protective clothing when I handle him as an adult ~grins~
