Here are new pictures of my ghost pair.
I took some pics of them outside that came out nice, although the colors aren't as accurate.
I just got 2 new boys today from the "specter" line of ghosts. For those that aren't familiar with the specters, they originated from Kathy Love's Naples ghosts and from what I'm hearing elsewhere I guess there's some question as to whether or not anything else is at work with their genetics besides standard hypomelanism. Males especially seem to end up with lots of pink and I think I remember someone implying that the strawberry trait could be responsible. Anyway, here's the first kid with a very uniform, consistent pattern.
I love the fused saddles on this guy. I had been hoping to find some ghosts with abberant patterns and I think he'll fit the bill pretty nicely. One of his brothers looked really bizarre (in a cool way), so I'm hoping he'll produce some oddballs for me later on.
So that's where I stand now on my ghost project...3 males and 1 female. I'm going to have to do something about that ratio later on.
