Meet My Zoo! DUW!

salvadorian

creatures are people too!
Soo I've decided that I should quit neglecting my other creatures and introduce them for real on cornsnakes.com! So... here you go. Tell me what you think of my menagerie :D

First is Dexter. He's a 3 year old English Mastiff. He weighs around 175 pounds... and he's a huge puppy. It's adorable / terrifying / awesome.

Then of course is Salvador, my beloved red iguana. He's about a year old now, and he's absolutely the most evil creature ever. All he does is bite / claw / not eat / eat everything. I love him!

Then there's the cats. I have a lot of cats. I have a big house, and this time last year, I only had two cats. They were both pretty old, so my family and I decided to get one from the pound. We ended up with four who were going to be euthenized the next day. Then a starving kitten showed up at our house. That makes seven cats. yaaaa....

That's Milo, a 20 pound maine coon, with Dexter:

I couldn't get photos of the other cats!

And here's Louie. He's my baby. He is an Australian Shepherd mix with congenital dwarfism that effects his limbs. He's the coolest dog ever. He sleeps in my bed every nite and goes everywhere with me. :D

I used to live in Bloomington IN Way back when. I used to go to the snake store that was out there. I believe it closed up before I moved out. It was a nice enough place.

good looking crew you have there.

Pepper, you can be such a buzzkill sometimes.

Mariah, I love all your animals! I'm a huge Mastiff lover, and he looks so cute with your Maine. Thanks for sharing!

Very cute pets!! All adorable and hugable!

IMO don't worry about the cat thing. The same argument can be made for the risk of Salmonella in snakes, but we still keep the pets we love.

Cats are highly collectible! I've only got two at the moment, but I wouldn't be surprised if more added themselves once we're in our own place.

I'm going to start an argument for Cat and Snake lovers.

Which are more "highly collectible"?

Cats, or snakes?

Awe! Cute! I really love mastiffs. When Tara and I move to our future "country estate" I hope we will be able to adopt some really big dogs, like mastiffs. They are so much fun!

I think snakes are more collectable than cats. They don't smell as bad. And they're just cooler! Oh, and if you don't get them fixed, they dont either spray the walls or fill your house with kittens.

Maybe, but snakes don't cuddle up to you and purr in your ear when you're having a bad day. ;)

Cats are definitely collectible... all the ones that end up with me are *broken* though. >_<!!!! Your creatures are all adorable. :D
