60 days of waiting !

Hellow Hellow

Today is day 59 with my clutch and all 11 eggs look healthy and good.
That waiting game is killing me and I totally freaked out, when one egg is a bit smoother then the other.
Dad of the clutch is my big boy diablo and mom is my lovley peanut, both are scaleless but only the dad is geneticaly to 50 % unknown.
Visual its not clear if he is an hypo or an ultramel, so this clutch will tell me sure, what he NOT is ;)
Mom is a caramel and het. hypo so if dad is hypo too, there will hatch some nice surprises because I think the breeder from who I get him is telling us, that he is from a het. butter, scaleless pairing, but he is definitly not a butter, and not a amel. :crazy01:
Pictures are from mom and dad, from the clutch and hopefully soon from the little babies.
Fingers crossed that this waiting game ends very soon !
Thanks
Lea

Far Out, Heavy, & Right-On!!!

Congratulations!!

Wow!! 63 days, huh? Talk about leaving the porch light on for Jimmy Hoffa!! That's what waiting for those eggs to pip must've been like!

But now you're in the home stretch!!

Keep us posted on the outcomes, please!!! :santa:

Peek-a-Boo!!

second nose there :)
very bloody pic

Sometimes the PRETTIEST PACKAGES aren't what we expect them to be at first, but when you consider it, neither were WE when our mom SQUEEZED us outta her tremendously tight & relatively small VAJ after incubating US for about nine months! However, review the finished product in BOTH cases!! Nice, huh? Fuhgeddaboudit!! :nyah:

Here is the second one and i think that this little dude is more like his dad as the first one - he is brighter and have the maque gen like him too

anyway... a cutie and not like the first one which was like a mini venomous snake at the first time seeing me *lol*

What definitley I can say after the first shed - it looks like hypo but they both have dark checkers which screams normal to me...

Congratulations! Scaleless are very interesting to look at. What do they feel like?

@DLena Mine feel like suede! :) When I was a kid, I was addicted to a si-fi series of novels by Jo Clayton, called "Diadem from the Stars". In the books, she describes an alien species of living jewels called "soo-stones". Her description of these "soo-stones" is the same way I describe the way my scalesless feel-warm and suede-like lol :)

Thank you all !
5 noses are pipping - all look the same
So my tought is, they are all normal or hypo because of the dad - he is hypo or ultramel and the mom is het. hypo
the normal I saw are not sooo bright,so lets wait the first shed and then I play the 'guess the morph' game

What does a baby like Diablo go for? He's very handsome. Do scaleless need any different care?

Hey
They live with us like every normal cornsnake do....
But - they should never eat alive because they have no scales and in her enclouse there should be no scarf things like woods or stones - they can hurt when they are not so good at climbing ;)
