My dad has fish that he'll be getting rid of soon and he's offered me the 75 gallon tank for free. He's getting rid of it because he's had bacterial bloom going on for quite some time now an he hasn't been able to correct it. He's told me about it and it doesn't seem to be anything that if cleaned properly would cause issues. If I did a super thorough disinfecting, would it be suitable for a forever home? I know some people say bigger tanks can freak out snakes, but Severus seems to love having space and exploring. He's a climber and a burrower, and I get a kick out of creating awesome spaces for him. If it was full of multiple hides, a few water dishes, branches, hammocks and vines, do you think he'd be alright? He's a little over a year, so I'm thinking the space won't stress him out as much as it would a baby. The only thing that would suck is the amount of bedding needed!
