Any genetics experts around?

i used a punnet tableto figure some things about 2 pairings and got this:

but then i used corncalc.com to check on possible outcomes from the same pairings and got these results.

female Snow x male Snow
Corncalc gave me 100% Snows

female Snow x male Ghost
Corncalc gave me 100% Anerys

is Corncalc on the fritz or have i messed up? :p

Not sure if it's the same thing you see but it appears to me, with what you drew up, that you are throwing all of the genes on the same locus. Snow is not AMAMANAN and anery ANANANAN. Snow would be AMAM and then ANAN. Anery would just be ANAN.

i.e. amel does not genetically interact with anery or hypo.
for genes to interact with each other as you depicted, they have to be allelic.
For example, Amel and ultra are allelic. Hypo and Strawberry are allelic.

A better way to explain it is: EVERY gene must have its own punnet square.
