Off topic, but you can just drive across the canadian border and drive back? I mean,...I don't know, and have always wanted to. I'm sure you have to show them ID and some kind of papers, eh?
I did wade across the Rio Grande to Mexico once. LOL. I was an illegal alien for about 30 minutes. The Big Bend On The Rio Grande is beautiful.

However, in this case, we're talking Vancouver, WA, not Vancouver, B.C.

I know it's confusing, sometimes :).
