When Hethiss was 4 months when i got him he struck at his pinkies and was very active this slowly declined and he became a rather docile lazy snake when being fed his pinkies and in general. Recently I switched to what were marked in the pet shop as large pinkies but are larger than the normal large pinkies and have fur and look more developed. When I fed Hethiss one he struck multiple times at it and then constricted and ate it. He has also become more active again.
