A zillion different kinds of water

Hey u guys,

I have a question about what kind of water I should give my corn snake. What kind of water does anybody think is best? I always strive to pamper my little snake to the MAXIMUM allowable by my budget (which is very large relative to anything a snake could possibly need). I am just starting to experiment with different waters to see if it makes any difference at all. I am trying this artesian water right now from the Fiji Islands. I am not sure the type of water he drinks will make any difference whatsoever, but I was just curious about what you guys thought about the subject. Since I am only buying very small amounts, I can afford to buy the MOST EXPENSIVE water out there, if I think it would be beneficial.
I am an animal lover of course. I'm the type of guy who...if I had a dog...I would probably be feeding him either filet mignon or top sirloin steak. :p
I heard that distilled water was bad so I immediately stopped using that. I was just curious what the best kind of water is.

"Gentlemen...we can rebuild him..." :p

I dont give our snakes tap water as we live in an area of the UK that has hard water (the stuff that furs up ya kettle) and which also contains a lot of fluoride and chlorine , so I use mineral water straight from the supermarket.

You can also buy "reptisafe" which is an aditive to remove the harmful chemicals in water

i use tap water, even though i`m in a hard water area ... lots of lime in the local area so the water isnt just hard, its turbo nutter hard :D

Shame...shame...shame...on you :D (Just Kidding) Actually people food is VERY bad for dogs. They cannot handle the fat very well and can get pancreatitis...which can be fatal. Even if it isn't fatal, it cost a lot to treat, and the poor little dog has to go through a really hard time.

OK...enough of that...the vet tech in me had to come out for a minute :D

Now on to your actual question - I also use filtered water.
