I've had my snow (first corn ever) for about a month now and she just finally shed this weekend. It was a good, full shed. I just didn't see it coming. I'm used to my ball python and knowing a couple weeks before he sheds.

I've heard that it's hard to tell with corns when they're getting ready to shed because of the light color and pink eyes. I'm just wondering if there's anything I can look for so that I can bump the humidity if needed before she sheds?
 
The easiest way to tell on light snakes is to look at the belly. It will usully look kinda bluish, and the edges of the scales seem.. thicker? Its kinda hard to explain, and I really have no room to talk as I miss my light corns going blue half the time lol.
 
I have a snow corn and a couple days before she sheds her eyes get very cloudy. And her behavior changes, she borrows a lot and tends to like to jump from my hands as if her body hurts, it's kind of odd.

Bingo. Same thing with my snow, keep an eye out for clowdy eyes. The blue phase should last a couple of days, so if you handle daily it can be hard to miss.
 
I handle mine almost daily and still miss it on some.
I've got 3 White Snakes and 2 light colored lavs that
its hard to tell and my Butter & Creamsicle are tough
sometimes too.. No worries, they figure it out.. LOL
