? about thermometers

My new snake is coming today. I have cleaned Ralph's old cage out and disinfected it. It has been empty for about a week after the cleaning. I have a small aquarium for now with a sticky thermometer on the side. I know it is warmer on the bottom of the cage. What is the best thermometer to use? I don't want to lose this snake. I don't think my last died because of anything I did, but I don't want to take any chances.

Those sticky thermometers are no good. I would recommend a digital thermometer with a probe. the one i used was purchased from walmart for about $14 and it gives the temp on both sides as well as the humidity i think the manufacturers name was accutech

I use the round Zoomed thermometers that you stick on the cage and have had no problems with it. It depends on personal preference. They also have value packs that include the thermometer and humidity gage, and they are easy to find at most pet stores.
