I sincerely apologize to anyone who has the misfortune of stumbling upon this thread. It is not going to be a pleasant nor interesting read.
If one of our four higher-powers decides this thread is inappropriate for the site, they are welcome to delete it or to ask me to alter/delete it to fit their preferences. Please, keep your language at an elementary tone for the sake of everyone involved. Also, this is not a thread constructed to bash me. :twohammer That one's on Fauna in the Heck forum. Knock yourselves out. I am not interested in your opinions of me or my behavior. All I want to know is what I have done to hurt you or your friends, directly or otherwise, and what I can do to fix it.
I was gone today for little over an hour, tending to a hatchling with some tummy problems. The moment I signed on, I had an inbox full of angry PMs that appeared to come from nowhere. :shrugs:
Now, Dean was very kind to elaborate for me so that I could understand the accusations brought against me.
So far, this is what I've gathered:
I was rather rude to another member who spoke of (long ago) using bleachwater to treat his snakes for parasites. I told him it sounded very dangerous and I would never recommend it. Apparently others thought otherwise. I honestly thought I was doing the right thing, so I can't say much for that one. :shrugs: I apologize for any hurt feelings, but I still don't like the bleachwater thing.
I'm also hearing whispers of some "dark cloud that looms over me", and apparently some undisclosed members are accusing me of foul behavior in chat. That would be plausible if I was in chat, but I haven't visited it since a friend (very generously) gave me my golden siggy dragon. That instance unincluded, I haven't been in chat for weeks, so these allegations can only be false. :shrugs:
I admit that I have a terrible memory, but once I am reminded, I am able to remember things quite well.
Please know that I am in some discomfort right now at the loss of several very close friends over this whole deal. I would really, really appreciate it if you guys could keep your bashing to a minimum.
Please. Right now I am being completely civil. Please keep your replies in the same. I cannot handle insults right now.
