That is an adorable stripe you have there and the pics are cute too. It could be that he's going into the blue and getting ready to shed though. Several of our critters refuse to eat for about 2 wks during the entire shedding process while others could care less.

I've also heard of people having success using the washing meathod with the Ivory soap. Though from the sounds of it, your little critter wasn't a non-feeder in the beginning, so I would think a shed cycle is the most likely reason it's not eating.

Good luck and hope eats after he sheds or sooner!
