Nice big snake. I love snows. When I saw my first snow in 89 or 90 I knew that someday I was going to have one.

That has to be one of the nicest snows I've seen! Your signature says he's a Blizzard though, assuming that's this snake. Is he a snow or a blizzard? They are different.

Hes a snow but I got him before I knew about morphs and the reptike store had him mislabeled as a blizzard and I never changed it thought I did but guess not I have to update it

My friend has a snow stripe female. When we went to the festival this past weekend, Bob's Critter's had a regular snow so it was interesting comparing a regular snow to a snow stripe. He also had an albino king. I never noticed how different king snake heads were different from corn's. ( Sorry! I prefer my corns! )

So what IS the difference between a snow and a blizzard??? My friend originally wanted a blizzard but there were none to be had at that particular show. Are blizzards more expensive???

Devon

They are more expensive. They're Amel/Charcoal as opposed to Amel/Anery. Blizzards show virtually no pattern, they're practically solid white.

Basically, a snow is a mix between amel and anery A (the more common type with more yellow). Snows are highly variable. I've seen pink, gray, yellow, blueish, and even greenish saddles on them.

Blizzard is a mix between amel and anery B, AKA muted or charcoal. Ideally, the snake should be pure white but there is still a faint pattern. And apparently now they have more yellow than they did when they first starting being produced.

I need to get a white snake. Don't even care what kind, they just look awesome.
