Right a quick question for you.
I've been thinking about getting a corn snake for a while now, doing my research first though.
Im a fancy mouse breeder in the UK and recently aquired Dutch mice to start my show line. As some of you may know dutch is a notoriously difficult breed and advice given to me is to cut each litter down to about 4 mice when markings show (at 4 days) so this means alot of "excess" mice so to speak.
Im basically trying to work out what age of corn to get. I'd like to rescue one, what age are they when they eat 4-5 day old pinkies?
I also have a freezer with quite a few young adult mice i had to cull recently due to aggression, they are about 6 weeks old, should i get a corn that feeds on that age to start off with instead? What age of corn would i be looking at?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
In return here is a picture of my show dutch stock! 7 Does and one buck.
