Hey hey!

I got my corn from the vets were I work - as it had been abandoned. It was not probed or anything but I was told it was probabaly male.

I have no idea of how old he is - but he is 38 inches long and about 3.5 inches around his thickest part. I think he is an amel.

Please let me know - from your experiences - how old you would estimate him to be.

When they are that size, anything goes really. If anyone gives you a guess, its just that, a guess.

A snake that size could be 2 years old, or he could be 6 years old since some don't grow larger than that.

I have a second question (I only just thought of it)

He's eating a fuzzie once a week but when can he eat young mice - (I mean the next stage up from fuzzies) ?

Like I mentioned before - his about 3.5 inches around his thickest part

A snake that is full grown like yours can eat a full grown mouse once a week, but I would suggest once every other week, unless it is a female you're trying to fatten up for breeding purposes. One fuzzie a week really isn't getting the job done for a snake that big.
 
I tried to feed him once on a wednesday (I feed him every saturday)

But he wouldnt take it - he ate on the saturday though.

If I tried to feed him two fuzzies tomorrow do you think he'd eat them both? (I have quite a few fuzzies in at the mo
