Ya it is the same as the others. They will look dull and their eyes will turn blueish. Then they clear up and then they shed.
 
Depending on what time of albino...The red albinos get pink when they're shedding.
Otherwise if you're talking about a snow or a blizzard, their color will get a very dull sheen to it, and of course their eyes.
 
My amel is about to shed for her first time with me. Right now her reds, especially, are dull, to the point that it looks like there's a slight tint of purple to them; it's most obvious around her head. She's not shiny now, and her eyes look glazed.
