Anery~ plain belly mutant

ILoveGreen

Down to 2 Corn Snakes!
I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the gen section....but I wanted everyone to see the pics of him.

Here is my 7/07 baby Anery. His parents are my Male Normal and Female Blizzard. In my 07 Corn Snake Morph guide(under coming attractions) it says "Unnamed plain belly mutant - This gene appears to act as a Mendelian(is a set of primary tenets relating to the transmission of hereditary characteristics from parent organisms to their children(wiki)) dominant or cdominent gene, causeing a plain belly that very closely resembles the typical motley belly, but the dorsal pattern is not affected. Breeding trails against motley are planned for 2007."

Anyways here are a bunch of pics of him.....

Very cool pics! His dorsal pattern looks almost cubed for about half way and the side pattern looks very unusual too.....hmmm.....Different but beautiful all the same!

That carefresh stuff looks pretty nice! It looks like its so comfy for snakes :p, can you buy it at a regular pet store?

Yes Petco has it in the rabbit/hamster section. I love it! They also have cute little hides shaped like fruit/veggies! :)

I see the ghost! That's creeeeeepy! LOL
I'd love to see if you can reproduce the belly and pattern, put me first on your list if any babies come out like that.

He's amazing! Do the people doing breeding trials know you produced him? I would expect him to be rather valuable. Will you breed the same parents this year??

haha, the ghost is kinda scary!!

and it almost looks like a cross between motley and normal on the top. like it switches halfway down. very cool!

I'm sorry I don't see the plain belly, the first one has very few checkers, but still has checkers and from the vent to tail is checkered.

Your right there are a couple checks in there. The pic in the book has a few specks so I'm not sure. :) Thanks for any thoughts.
