Hey all, I'm Tina. I've got a female corn, not sure what age she is as the person I bought her from didn't know. She's 2ft long & eating 1 fuzzie per week. I've only been on here for one day & already I've learnt so much lol I can't get many good photos of her yet, she won't stay still long enough lol hopefully get some up soon x

p.s. not got a name for her yet, anyone any ideas?? :)

Welcome aboard, Tina! Glad you're here learning with the rest of us!

As for names... when you get pics up, it'll help! ;)

Isabel........You asked.

Read over the forum and stickies and also check out the Archive, scroll down at the very bottom right of any page and click.

Enjoy Isabel.

Thanx, I've uploaded a few pics but they're not very clear as she's a wriggler lol
rite now we're calling her 'wee snakey'

Welcome to CS.com. Wee snakey sounds like a good name to me. We've got one we call "snake" most of the time, his name is actually Askook which means snake. Again welcome and I'm sure you'll love your "wee snakey"

Hey Tina, welcome.
That's a nice looking snakey, nice even pattern.
There's probably a lot of snakes in Scotland named Wee Snakey, you might run into a problem when you call her and someone else's snake comes for a mouse.
Isabel is a nice name.

wait a sec she dusn look like my Medusa loll what am i thinking D= ugh this is what i get for staying up till all hours of the night/morning :p (sorry double post )

Awe..she reminds me of when my Naomi was little. Have you thought of bumping up her meals? She looks like she could easily handle a hopper. Love your avatar by the way and welcome to the forums.

I've never really thought about feeding her more, I'm just going by what I was told in the pet shop. Should she be eating more than a fuzzie per week?

The Munson Plan is a great guideline for feeding. I got a food scale at a department store that works well enough for weighing my snakies and their meals.

Funny, I was reading your other post...I got my amel from a guy that decided he prefered beardies too...lol.

Welcome Tina, I follow the Munson plan as well and it works well. As for names just don't call her Snakey-poo as my wife refers to mine, a snake should have some dignity
lol. You have a beautiful snake enjoy her.

Well a just weighed Wee Snakey & she's 64g so she should be on hoppers. Thanks Marica for the suggestion :)
