Emily, I've never owned a Spotted Python for myself, but all that I have handled have been wonderfully natured. Just about anything you start out with is going to be a bit fussy when young, even BPs. Even if it does nail you once or twice, what harm will really happen?

That is true. I have a bitey '06 corn, so getting tagged doesn't scare me anymore. Usually I go, "IS THERE BLOOD?!?! COOL!" :rofl:

Unfortunately, I don't like the look of rosies. (Don't shoot me!) What I love about spotteds/Children's is the nice definition between head and body. Same for BPs.

Ok, I am officially still considering Antaresia maculosa... :) Too bad I don't have the money/set up right now, somebody's selling a tame adult female on Fauna...
