I played(or should I say took lessons) for piano for 4 years and played violin for 3. I wish I had stuck with piano though. I love the sound of a piano.
My dad was classically trained on piano and would play every sunday for us after church. I can't get over the wonderful sounds he was able to make on that darn thing I struggled to make anything sound minimally decent on.
