i had my snake on 29th dec and i fed him that night he didnt have blue eyes but today descoverd he had shed his skin (it came off in one coool) what i want to know is are they normally grumpy after they shed?
any comments or input would be gratefull

I can say mine is VERY grumpy just before she goes into blue, and all the way thru her shed cycle. But once she shed's she back to her pissy self, diff then her grumpy pre-shed self......lol
 
I think their skin is a little sensitive after a shed. Mine act that way anyway, so that might make them grumpy to be handled.
 
Mine are usually really _hungry_ after a shed! In blue, though, they are just almost asleep.

cheers guys i think mine is a little sensitive hes normally non-stop when u get him out but he just sat there in my hand looking like he was gunna bite (but he didnt)
ill leave him for now and see if his temper has gone by the morning
