I think most major pet stores have aspen, and I know for sure Petland has it. I've never had trouble finding aspen here in Canada, though I don't have a snake yet I did use it for a pet hamster...
I live in Quebec and even the petshops "specialize" in reptile don't know what I am talking about!!! And I would like to find a place who could sell it cheaper than what we often pay in petshops.
I looked at my Walmart but they don't have it. I will check at others. Can you tell me what is the size of the package of 3.5 foot cubic? Is this the quantity they sell at Walmart? How much do you pay for the Aspen at your Walmart?
Thanks for the info.
I don't recall the what the size was in feet, but it was around 30 litres or 1800 cubic inches. One of those is enough for my 23L long and costs less than $7. At the Walmart here in town they keep it in the pet section, so if yours has it then that's where it should be.
I got a huge pack of Aspen at Place Versaille, in Montreal. 30$ for a life time supply. The pack was wrapped in cheap brown paper, i had to ask a clerk.
