Attack Tortoise!

I had to turn it of.

I dint know if that was a wild turtle or a pet one, but eather way, poor thing, some may say (poor cat) but I'm sure the cat wont be as damaged as that little guy..

Meh.

Sorry but as a tortoise owner I had to laugh at how relentless that little dude was. Just seeing him trying to run on those stumpy little legs was enough to make me choke from laughing so hard. Thanks Sky Chimp :)

Lol that is true, but I do agree with George. It is kind of funny how the turtle thinks he can take that cat. It's not the size of the dog, Oh jeez I don't want to mess that saying up. I should know it I hear it so offen. Well you guys know what that saying is.

lol, I actually forgot to post again, i did watch the whole thing lol, and that little fella is one evil tortoise lol! I donno how he thinks he can take the cat, even after the cat tries to eat its head off he's still chasing it! I still stand by what i said before about it not being right, i think the owner should have not let the tortoise out around cats, especially knowing that a cat could easily kill it, but you have to give the little guy credit for not baking down :p

That was pretty funny. My bf's cats won't even go near his Sulcata. Of course it's getting to be almost bigger than they are. :) She just plows over them if they are laying in the patch of grass she wants.

Thanks for sharing!

okay... funny video. it just goes to show that size doesn't always matter, its the attitude and that little turtle has it in a big way. But I do agree in saying it was rather irresponsible of the owner to "endanger" the turtle just for a video. My vote goes for the turtle. :D tenacious little sucker.

I hate to bring up old threads, but back on this point, Youtube have just featured this video on there homepage, meaning its getting more and more views, hundreds of thousands maybe millions and many many comments, I kinda feel that some people will see this as a way to try it at home to be featured on Youtube, maybe its just me but I'm really considering writing them a letter.. and not a email one, i know they get millions of emails, I mean a REAL letter!

Maybe i'm being totally off topic here but I'm worried...

Very cute video. I think the oriental was smarter than the tabby.

You cannot go through life filtering what other people see or hear simply because you think something bad will happen.

A person's bad judgment will present itself in a similarly dangerous or stupid situation sooner or later, regardless of the stimulus.

Yea i do agree with you, And the letter thing was just a joke, I have never really worried about this whole topic to that level, I'm just worryed that it will happen again, I actually thought the video was (alright) but I still think a responsible owner should have not let it happen nor video recorded it, the tortoise may have been under alot of stress and been scared forcing it to defend itself, on the other hand the cat might have been scared/stressed itself, eather way the whole thing did not need to be a matter of comedy, and in my opinion a site that has about 500 million members should not be feturing these kind of videos on the front of there site, I don't want to sound stupid, I just want to put my opinion across because to me, yea this video is funny the way the tortoise is deturmind to get the cat, but on the other hand you have to read between the lines :shrugs:
