baby not eating?

hey my baby corn is 4 months old now and still hasent ate. She looks pervectly healthy not skinny wioth overlapping skin shes drinking lots, and is ver active. I was wondering if i should try force feeding or keep trying for a while? How long till i should force feed?
 
Tell us a little bit about her setup....temps, substrate, what she's in, etc...looks like you have two...are they kept separate/together?...same conditions?...How have you tried to feed her?...dead or live?...in the cage or in a "feeding" enclosure?...some background will help us help you and your snow :*)
 
no...i only have one baby the other is the father me and my freind bred our snakes together, and i kept one of teh babies. I have tried feeding her live and dead. i have left teh live and dead one in her cage for over 24 hours and notihng happened, i have tried feeding her outside her enclosure but not in a different set up just on the ground. Should i try feeding her in a different enclosure jsut for feeding? Shes in a 5 gallon enclosure with paper towel substrate, one hide on teh warmer side, and a full water dish. Her cage is just a littel above room temp and in her hide over the heater is a little higher to. I have no idea why she wont eat. help me!
 
Try to put snake and prey in completly dark enclosure - some small box or something. It worked for me when one of my young snakes refused to eat for more than 2.5 months. After first meal he can now eat everywhere.
I have no idea if this helped or just he decided that starving to death wasn't the smartest move in his snake life, but you can try.
One more thing : if snake looks good, is active and drinks watek - it's OK and I don't think force feeding is an option.
In my case I was really thinking about it as my young boy was really skinny and was spending 99% time buried under water bowl.
 
One more thing you may try, this worked for me when I first got my corn...
Mine didn't seem interested in eating at first either, and since snakes can detect heat, I held a small pinkie up to a light bulb, close but not touching to get it really warm, (it was alive, but I wanted it warmer) and i placed that in the small box I had my corn in and he snapped at it almost immediately. Now he has no problems eating. I feed him the same way every time I feed him and he's latched on to a mouse almost as soon as I introduce him to it.
 
If you can easily find a baby lizard, depending on where you live, you could try that (a small lizard/anole.) 4 months is a very long time for a small snake. I wouldn't count on making it too much longer without it eating something.

My baby corn is 4 months old and still hasn't eaten. I thought I hadn't eaten in 4 months too. How long have you had the snake? And how old is it, then?
