If you are looking for something similar to aspen, but has no dust and is biodegradable, I would use Carefresh. I used this on my snakes at one point in time, and current on my feeder colonies. It is pretty inexpensize, and keeps odors down pretty well. been 3 weeks since I changed my feeders bedding...going to do that this weekend...and the smell is just starting to come through.

Okay i've changed my substrate to forest bark and he's still just not moving around, staying in his little spot in his log...
don't know if theres anything wrong with that, its in the cool area and he doesn't even move around at night, wtef m7!
