Behaviour question

Hello all! I would like to ask y'all something about my corns & corn xs. I have noticed my 18 m/o Jungle, Hannibal, is much more confident & social than my other snakes. He is out more often & seems to seek out & even like being out & being handled. He even seems to "know" what time husband is due home from work & actively "asks" to be taken out. My other snakes meanwhile are much more solitary in their nature. Peaches spends a lot of time in her hide & Pinto & Nugget are rarely see at all. Has anyone else noticed if the Jungle is more social, than the purebred corn snake or rat snake, or is it just Hannibal's individual personality?

Thanks! :)

Yes, Hannibal is male. However he's been quite social ever since we got him, about 3-4 mos ago. He hasn't even had a hibernation period. I also have a male corn & I don't think I've seen him for 2 mos now! He (the corn) did come out the night before last, but when he saw me in the room he went back to his hide. :(

Forgot to add, since Hannibal is half king snake, his breeder recommended I always wash my hands before handling him, lest he smell another snake on my hands & it trigger a feeding response. So I don't think he smells other snakes on me, at least I would guess not anyway. :shrugs:
