Awsome, I am loving all the replies from each and everyone of you. I am sure that it had been brought up before, but what does it hurt to ask??? Alright... I am going to use up the rest of my forest bedding ( dont like the mess of it all) and then switch to Aspen as it seems to be the favorite of everyone.
 
I am using Critter Litter. It is what the pet store was using. I would like to know if this is ok and what also is good.

Sand is a no-no. First of all, it's impossible to control humidity with sand as your substrate, and despite what the package says, it's not safe to use for corns. As with anything, impacting is always a concern, but most everyone will tell you never to use sand just because the risk is higher. Obviously that increases if you feed inside the cage.

Personally, I'd use either Aspen or Repti-bark and get rid of the sand asap.

I cannot believe nobody else commented on this before I did....tsk tsk.
