It was my OHs birthday on Monday so we took a trip to a place called the Hawk Conservancy in the south of England, and just thought I'd show off some of the photos I took throughout the day just in case there are any eagle and owl fans out there!!
Definitely not a golden eagle. I've handled many eagles, but not any from the UK. Their naming system is different too. Will have to ask my UK birder friends because now I'm curious.
Edit: yup, tawny eagle! I would live to see one of those guys!
