Black Lab to find Ross?

Gilman snakes

We are still on the look out for our corn snake that has been "out" for almost a week.. Starting today I am "sitting" our friends2 year old black lab. I was hoping by following her around she might "sniff" him out. If she isn't sensing anything is it safe to say our snake escaped through the doggie door (which latches magnetically)?

Doubtful, unless she is an adult. Those doors are heavy if they are like the ones I have seen. Did you have the lab sniff the big and then start looking around the place?
