Hey everyone,

I was wondering if poop travelled all the way through the body, or maybe halfway. There is this black thing midway inside my amel's belly. I have a feeling its poop, but not sure, im a newb remember. Anyway, thanks for the info if you have any!

Edit: I don't think he has taken a crap for awhile... I got him on Monday and havn't seen him relieve himself yet. Do snakes poo often? or not really.
 
if the crap only goes halfway....well what would happen to you if your crap didnt go all the way through you LOL!!!haha no if you have an amel or snow or any type of lighter colored snake, than it is either poop or organs you are seeing. my snakes all relieve themselves..usually.. within 3-4 days of their last meal. hope this helps.

Can't help with your question tho, none of my snakes are see-through. LOL Well, you know what I mean . . .

Hey! What city are u in? Im in Roswell right now, but i live in SF. Yeah, my friend and I both got snakes and we named em after eachother. lol
 
my amel had the same thing except about a 1/3 down, maby its just a thing with albinos i dont no.
 
i doubt it could be poop halfway through its body, that just doesnt add up. like hediki has said, with light coloured snakies, it could just be their organs you are seeing, if not, then as bad as it sounds, it could be that your little one has not digested its mouse, therefore that itself could lead to some nasty things. my motto for my little ones is "if in any doubt seek a vets advice".
