I'm Me, Deal With It
my 2 month old corn snake seems to have fluid in his "back end". (since he is a young snow corn i can hold him up to the light and almost see through him)

is he blocked up or is this normal bodily fluid?

any pics? Can you see any swelling, is he pooping normally? I'm sure there'll be a more experienced person along to help soon, good luck

he pooed once, but not alot (i have had him for almost 2 weeks). there is a little swelling like he has to make waste. i only ask because knowing my luck anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

I would give him a bath, let him soak in water for a while, usually water makes them go.

atleast its a start until an expert arrives :p lol

I agree

with Cora. Give him a luke warm bath.
What is he eating, how did the poop look?
Give us an update later.

well, he is eating 2 pinkies every 6 days. i have only had him for 2 weeks now. i actually just fed him yesterday. i will try giving him a bath tomorrow.

when he first pooed last week, i was giving him a bath and it looked brownish with a weird yellow thing in it. :sidestep: anyway...

i am gonna bring him to the vet on wednasday, but any other advise would still be helpfull!! thanks everyone!!!

What are the reasons again for a Vet visit???. From what you have describe nothing is marjory wrong with the snake.

Good Call

Lenny and Diamond. If you've only had him 2 weeks there is no need to panic. Seems normal.

well, i just got him so i am making sure everything is ok, u know since he is a new pet

i feel soo stupid...

it is my snow corns first shed and i got excited. i went to check on him and he had about an inch pulled back but was wandering around to find something to catch it on. so, like an idiot, i held on to the "face" peel and let him move about to shed the rest. well, now i have a 2 inch peice and he is still trying to shed the rest. obviously i should let him go, right?
