I'm not sure about the negative effects of breeding 2 leucistics or 2 albinos....but leucistic is not the same as albino.

i know in ball pythons and possibly other pythons, some have said in albanism you can breed het x het or homo x het. but not homo x homo you get healthier offspring. i dont think this is true with corns or rats though. i think the bigger of the problems would be breeding a fully related pair from the same clutch. im sure that it happens though

Breeding siblings and offspring to parent is done to reinforce a desired trait. Some other things will be passed on but if the snakes appear healthy you should be ok. However, somewhere along the line you should introduce new blood to diffuse the bad genes.
