Ok everyone I have tried to figure out this whole genitics thing and i'm so confused it hurts lol. I plan on breeding my corn for the first time this year there all the correct age and weight and what not but i;m tring to figure out what i'll get with the pairing i have. I currently have 2 snows unsure if there het for anything and 2 lavenders aswell. should they breed with just the same such as lavender to lavender or should i mix them up. and what is the % of babies going to be like or is that something that could be unown? Thanks..,:shrugs:

If you breed your snows together you will get 100% snows(amel anery) if no hets.Breeding your lavenders together will get you 100% lavenders if you have no hets.Breeding a snow to lavender will get you 100% normals het for lavender and snow(amel anery) if no hets.BUT because amel and anery are some of th most common morphs your lavenders could be het for amel, anery or both.

And they would be normal looking but with the 100 % hets for snow correct if there is no other Hets in there? It's so comfusing with all the numbers and letters from what im reading lol in the genitic thread...

Yes the 100% het for snow and lavender would look normal but if you were to breed them together you would get
14.0625% Lavender 66% poss het. Anery, Amel
14.0625% Amel 66% poss het. Lavender, Anery
42.1875% Normal 66% poss het. Lavender, Anery, Amel
14.0625% Anery 66% poss het. Lavender, Amel
4.6875% Opal ( Amel, Lavender ) 66% poss het. Anery
4.6875% Snow ( Amel, Anery ) 66% poss het. Lavender
4.6875% Anery Lavender ( Anery, Lavender ) 66% poss het. Amel
1.5625% Snopal ( Amel, Anery, Lavender )
I got those^ from this site(i could help you)

cool cool i tried using that calculator thing and it was so confusing lol. but my lavenders may have to wait there not up to the correct weight yet but the snaows are fine i think male is 450 gr. and the female is 375 but all still eating great but this is my first attempt at breeding so i just tring to see what come out of what when you breed them lol
