Bugging me

Ok this has been bugging me for some time. How do you clean the poop for the woodchips? I don't know how and if/when I get a new enclosure/viv I will need to use this. I also think Duffy would like going under too. Thanks in advance.

So you take all of the woodchip material ( I Know what stuff to use) and just toss it? That sounds like it would waste a lot of them. Or do you do this every month?

take the surrouding chips from the fecal matter, toss 'em
toss the fecal matter too of course.
Change the wood chips every month.
Simple! :)

Ok every month that sounds like it won't cost a lot of money. If I did that every time i usually clean the cage (once a week) I would be burning money. :eek1: But I understand now, thanks for the simple explanations. :)

You actually think people clean the substrate!
I know some to be cheap but damn... that cheap!
Your not going to loss a lot of "woodchips" unless you have like.. eight or nine in there. Just throw it out with the poo.

Yep. I just grab the handfull of chips around the poo and toss it too. It really isn't that much.
