Even if you do see a slight bump after 24 hours, can you start to feed the snake 2 pinkies? My snake is amlost a year old and still 13 inches long. (I have yet to weigh her).

Well, the best way of knowing is when there isn't a bump anymore from one pinky. You should definitely weigh her as soon as you can, though. :) I started my snake on double pinks when he was at around 16½ - 17 inches long (He's at 19½" now.), and at 15 grams. :)
 
I wish I could have some money to buy me digital scales.
I bumped up both of my snakes to 2 pinkies, they are doing great.
Still see small lump after 24 hours, makes me happy.
