Can anyone tell me what type of Corn Snake I have?

A Miami phase is a linebred normal, having a silver/gray background color (although a light tan may also be acceptable).
It is kind of hard to tell the excact color from your photo. It is a cute little thing though :).
You may want to try searching the Photo Gallery for pics of Miami hatchlings to compare yours to.

(I sure hope I explained that correctly:uhoh: )

I agree with Normal. I'd say there's already too much red in the background colour, for it to be a Miami.

Good-lookin' babe though! Post another pic in 6 months and it'll probably be easier to say for sure.

I agree, a cute little normal. You can already see the orange body color on it so it will not mature to be able to be called a Miami. A baby Miami would have completely silver/gray body color with no orange/yellow color tones to it.

All normals have a more grayish body color especially on their lower body but you can tell they are going to color up by the orange coloration in the body parts of the neck around the first saddles. The coloration on the upper body will slowly spread down and fill in all of the bass color as the snake matures.

So, I would say no, that is not a Miami, but will be a wonderful colored normal non-the-less. :)
