Can I feed if they have not pooped?

Probably a weird question, but I have 2 baby corns, they ate at this time last week, and did not regurgitate, so there were no issues with that, but I have also not found any waste in the tank, so I'm wondering if it's safe for them to eat again. Help is appreciated!

You can feed them again with no problems..just really look around your tank and you might be surprised to find a hidden poo..Or I have one snake that basically will release after he has taken in new ;) Each snake is different. You may want to go with paper towels for substrate for a month or so ..it makes it much easier with little ones to keep track of poos and anything else..Good luck and I hope dinner goes well:)

You can feed them again. I also have one who will poop after he eats a new mouse. I wouldn't be too worried about it. Just keep checking around the tank. Also since they're babies, it's probably hard to find their poo.

I love poo threads, but at my age it usually a topic of conversation with other people my age :sidestep: It is so hard to find baby poo out of five I have one I can find usually. susang "more poo thread"

I too enjoy a good pooh thread.

Hey speaking of pooh, I was AMAZED at how big the pooh was when my newly adopted Ball python decided to break in her new tank. I had only see little corn snake pooh before but the Ball I adopted was already 3 years old and man-- It's bigger than my cat's! And stinky?!?! Holy Kadoodles!

Good luck finding the missing pooh.

Someone else said that about Ball Pythons. I had an adult RO female and just found these little poos, but she was eating and active. The other night I walked by her viv and WOW the smell. I looked in her water dish and oh my gawd it was a bunch. :crazy02: OK I'm happy crazy poo threads make me happy. susang

Okay so wanna know how much pooh makes me happy? I have 2 key chains, a cow and a pig. They are soft plastic and when you squeeze them, this brown stuff comes oozing out of their bums. When you let them go, the pooh retracts back into thier bodies. Hours of fun for the whole family. I've seen a coke can key chain which does the same thing. Ya, nice try. You, Mr. Coke can, are no pooping cow. Hey have you ever seen a cow pooh?

Thanks alot for the help, they took to the pinkies great. They're on Aspen so maybe it's there, just under the top layer.

Femur it is really possible that it is hidden underneath or if you have anything ornamental in there it could be around that :shrugs: I would think I had everything cleaned from spot cleaning our babies when we had them in 20 gallons then I'd do my once a month break it all down and find amazing stuff that I'd missed on backs of leaves and such.

so now with so many corns I go simplier with the babies and use paper towels.it just is easier when you have over 10 corns to keep track of everything that goes in and out:)

Omg I love the keychain ..my kids bought me this moose that poops jelly beans:) Kind of makes it a fun ;)

I dont have pythons but my beardies can put a grown man to shame..LOL :eek1:
