The thing is...only Rich can "pin" a post, as you call it. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to be difficult. I am just saying that by doing a search, you may find answers to a lot of your questions. If you are still unsure about something, then by all means, please post your question.

This is simply a volatile subject, and to be honest, I am totally frustrated with answering it. As a matter of fact, I think I speak for most of us here when I say that...

We are not expecting you to know everything already...many of us still ask questions. We are just asking that you utilize ALL of the aspects of this site...including the search function. Ultimately, it goes both ways...we need a break sometimes, too. :eek:
 
I hear what you are saying and believe me I know how frustrating it can be to see the same questions over and over again.

But I do know that some people are not fully aquainted with the use of forums and need to be prompted. could we not ask Rich to pin a page asking new members to use the search option before asking a question.
